Privacy notice
This notice explains how Ababeel Systems (Pvt) Ltd handles information submitted through Ababeel Discovery, website forms and related follow-up.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide, including contact and organization details, operating-system responses, farm or asset context, commercial priorities, uploaded evidence and optional location information. Basic technical and campaign information may also be recorded to operate and improve the service.
How we use it
- Generate the Discovery profile and requested downloads.
- Respond to the follow-up or service request you select.
- Assess and design a bounded mission, pilot or operating program.
- Maintain service security, quality and auditability.
- Use de-identified, aggregated information for benchmarks, program design or pricing research only when you give the separate optional consent.
Location, authority and farm data
Precise map pins are optional. Ababeel treats identity, land, control, tenant, thekedar, business and field information as permissioned operating data. A person submitting information should have authority to share it. Data access does not transfer ownership of the underlying farm, business or operational information to Ababeel.
Sharing and processors
Information is limited to authorized Ababeel personnel and service providers needed to host, secure, communicate or deliver the requested work. We do not sell personal information. A proposed field program may require sharing selected information with an approved delivery partner; that scope should be made explicit before operational sharing.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, an active relationship, security, dispute handling or applicable obligations. Inactive prospect records should be reviewed for deletion or de-identification after 24 months. A valid deletion request may shorten that period unless retention is required for an overriding obligation.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of information linked to you, withdraw optional research consent, or object to further contact. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed before the request.
Security and automated indicators
We use proportionate organizational and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Discovery’s indicators are rule-based, directional hypotheses; they are not solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effect.
